Systolic anterior motion of the mitral valve, hypertrophic cardiomyopathyAbstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific literature on the features of diagnosis and treatment of syndrome of the anterior-systolic movement of the mitral valve. Modern classifications are given. The valve and chordal SAM are described in detail. The review is illustrated by the results of our own observations. The predictors of the occurrence of SAM in patients who ongouing to planned intervention on mitral valve were determined.
