Aim. Based on estimation of psychoemotional state and factors of sympathoadrenal system of 30 pregnant women mutual influence of sympathoadrenal system and psychoemotional state was estimated.
Methods and results. Deviation from optimal type of gestational dominant psychological component was detected in 56.7% of the patients. According to the data of anxiety self-assessment there was revealed that in 46.7% of cases level of state anxiety was low but during estimation of trait anxiety its low level was detected only in 6.7% of pregnant women. Noradrenaline concentration in the pregnant women with type deviating from the optimal one (41.73 ± 21.48) was statically and evidently (p < 0.05) higher than the correspondent index which the pregnant women with optimal type of PCGD (18.31 ± 2.32) had.
Conclusion. Such changes can indicate intenseness of mediator link of the sympathoadrenal system.
