In patients with myocardial infarction indexes of vegetative regulation of heart activity and diurnal blood pressure profile are connected with complicated trend of the disease.
Aim. To study peculiarities of heart activity vegetative regulation, violations of heart rhythm and diurnal profile of blood pressure.
Methods and results. In 108 patients with acute Q-wave myocardial infarction were investigated indexes of combined diurnal monitoring of ECG and blood pressure in dependence of left ventricle aneurysm formation.
Conclusions. Increasing of sympatic influence of vegetative nervous system, prevalence of ventricular arrhythmias of «high grade», QT-interval length and predominantly adverse type of diurnal blood pressure profile were noticed in patients with myocardial infarction, complicated by left ventricle aneurysm.
