To publish an article, authors must submit the following documents to the journal's editorial office:

• A cover letter from the head of the institution on official letterhead or a signed letter certified with the institution’s official seal.
• An expert opinion permitting open publication.
• A license agreement for the use of the work, completed and signed by the corresponding author.
• An authorship declaration confirming the originality of the article and the absence of plagiarism, signed by all authors.
• A printed copy of the article with the note “Approved for publication” on the title page, signed by all authors. By signing, the authors confirm that all experimental and clinical studies comply with international ethical standards. They also grant the editorial board the right to publish the article in the journal, post it on the journal's website, and include it in relevant abstract databases.

If the article contains unpublished materials that are the intellectual property of multiple organizations, the author must obtain written permission from each organization and submit it along with the article.

Submission Guidelines

Authors may send scanned copies of the documents in advance to: editorial@zsmu.edu.ua or izdatotdel@ukr.net

However, submission of scanned copies does not eliminate the requirement to send original documents.
