In this article the antitumor activity of 4-thiazolidone derivatives with benzothiazole moiety in the molecules were analyzed. The «structure – antitumor activity» relationship was described. The potential pharmacophore for this derivatives was identified. Two compounds show highly antitumor activity from the whole with all cell lines which identified. COMPARE analysis to known antitumor agents for determination the possible mechanism of the antitumor activity of the main compound which been developed.
