In this review composed on the data of multicentred randomized investigations the advantages of direct renin inhibitors for patients with arterial hypertension are discussed. The prospects of using direct renin inhibitors in the cases of arterial hypertension associated with obesity, diabetes mellitus, menopause and kidneys’ disorders are studied.Downloads
